This artefact is achromatic gas with a candied odor.Its melting point is -153.8 °C(lit.) and the baking point is -13.4 °C(lit.).It is acrid in acetone,carbon disulfide,MEK and THF.It is abiding but may be ablaze sensitive.
Vinyl chloride is adverse with able acerbic agents, chemically alive metals, copper.It is awful flammalbe and can be calmly afire .It can be acclimated as solvents in the biologic industry and action intermediates in the actinic industry.This artefact should be stored from 2°C to 8°C.
